elements of post disaster risk reconstruction and recovery.
This note addresses the following bottlenecks: a) housing,
land titling and property rights, b) health and post
disaster violence, c) community services and infrastructure
restoration, and d) poverty reduction, livelihood
restoration and economic development. |
